Northequest prides itself on its stable client relationships. We strive to provide excellent customer care and services in a safe environment. The Boarding Services team is responsible for the overall relationship with a client, both on the standard of care and safety level.

Boarding Services consists of Facility Managers, Operation Managers and Stall Managers. Facility Managers are directly accountable to clients and are responsible for devising training and care strategies that focus on overall horse and client satisfaction. Operation Managers deal with the day-to-day activities of the horses, like turnout and feeding, with a focus on safety and individual quality care. Stall Managers are responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of stalls and the overall appearance and maintenance of Northequest.

Facility Managers are responsible for managing the client relationship. Their expertise includes:
  • Relationship management
  • Devising training and care strategies that focus on overall client satisfaction
  • Overall understanding of the industry and the ability to identify opportunities
  • All Internal NeQ team management
  • Providing all Northequest information, booking, and payment services
Operation Managers are tasked with managing the day-to-day activities of the horses. Their expertise includes:
  • Management/Safety of horses daily
  • Quality care in emergencies
  • Customer Service at NeQ
