The functional aspects of Northequest Trainers are found in the training and selling of safe, rideable horses for any discipline or age, as well as providing sound training techniques and brokering services for potential pleasure/show horses or riders. The direction and goals for the optimal training schedule is discussed amongst the Northequest trainers. A plan of actions known as a 'Buy-In' is made and signed off by both the client and the trainers. Thorough responsibility for all aspects of the horse's training and well-being is included and is divided amongst the staff to ensure the most viable, productive and cost effective way to train that specific horse.
